People and Planet
Our factory undergoes regular SMETA audits—an internationally recognized standard for ethical trade. These assessments ensure we not only meet but exceed global expectations for fair labor, safe working conditions, and environmental stewardship. We work closely with our supply chain partners to uphold these high standards every step of the way.
Sustainable Practices
From material selection to production, we’re constantly looking for ways to do better. We’ve introduced recycled and low-impact fibers like rPET into our uppers, and we actively reduce waste across our entire process—from pattern cutting to packaging.
Relationships
We don’t just rely on certifications. Each year, we travel to visit our suppliers in person. We walk the factory floors, speak with the people who make our shoes, and ensure that our values are being lived out on the ground—not just on paper.
Leather
When it comes to leather, we only work with tanneries that hold a Gold rating from the Leather Working Group (LWG)—the highest environmental standard in the industry. LWG-certified leather means responsible water and energy use, controlled chemical management, and reduced environmental impact.
